1. Agreement to terms

By using the TweetXDelete website or browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

TweetXDelete is a browser extension that deletes posts, likes and reposts from your own X (formerly Twitter) account. It operates inside your own browser and your own logged-in X session. The first 30 deletions are included as a trial; continued use requires a one-time license purchase ($4.99 launch price) granting lifetime access and unlimited deletions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and must have a valid X account to use the Service. By using TweetXDelete, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your responsibility for deletions

You acknowledge that deletions performed through TweetXDelete are permanent. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Service. We strongly recommend downloading your X data archive before performing bulk deletions — the extension will remind you.

5. Account and platform

You agree to use the Service only to delete content from your own X account. The Service deliberately paces deletions to respect X's platform rate limits; you agree not to modify or pressure it into behavior designed to circumvent those limits. X's own terms govern your relationship with X, and X may change its platform at any time in ways that affect the Service's operation.

6. License and payments

• The one-time purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own use of the extension.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see your card details.
• The license is validated by key; sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited.

7. Refunds

The first 30 deletions are included before any payment, so you can confirm the Service works on your account before buying. If it does not work for you, email privacy@tweetxdelete.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Pre-orders placed before the extension is released are refundable in full at any time until it ships.

8. Prohibited uses

• Using the Service on accounts you do not own
• Redistributing, reselling or sublicensing the Service or license keys
• Any use that violates applicable law

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every item will be successfully deleted — X's platform limits and changes may affect operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TweetXDelete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or any action taken by X with respect to your account.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
